1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Anonix ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Anonix. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. If we discover that you are under 18, your access will be terminated immediately.

3. Description of Service

Anonix is an anonymous chat application that allows users to connect with random strangers for text-based conversations. The service includes:

• Random user matching
• Anonymous profile generation (nickname and avatar)
• Real-time text messaging
• Ephemeral conversations (deleted when chat ends)

4. User Conduct

When using Anonix, you agree NOT to:

• Harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Send sexually explicit, obscene, or pornographic content
• Share illegal content or engage in illegal activities
• Spam or send repetitive messages
• Attempt to collect personal information from other users
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use the App if you are under 18 years of age
• Attempt to circumvent any security features of the App
• Use automated systems or bots to access the service
• Share content that promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination

5. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

6. Safety & Reporting

Your safety is our priority. If you encounter inappropriate behavior, please use the in-app reporting feature. We investigate all reports and take appropriate action, which may include permanent bans.

Report categories include:

• Harassment / Bullying
• Spam
• Inappropriate Content
• Underage User
• Other violations

7. Disclaimers

7.1 No Guarantee of Safety

While we strive to maintain a safe environment, we cannot guarantee the behavior of other users. Exercise caution and never share personal information.

7.2 Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the App. The service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.

7.3 User Content

We do not monitor or control user communications in real-time. Users are solely responsible for their messages and conduct.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NIKS TECHNOLOGIES shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to emotional distress, loss of data, or any interactions with other users.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Anonix at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms of Service.

You may stop using the App at any time. You can also delete all your data through Settings > Delete My Data.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
