Request deletion of your data in compliance with privacy regulations

What Data Will Be Deleted?

When you request data deletion, we will permanently remove the following information from our systems:

  • Your account information (name, email, profile data)
  • Connected social media accounts and credentials
  • All scheduled and published posts
  • Post analytics and performance data
  • User preferences and settings
  • Any uploaded media files

How to Request Deletion

Option 1: Delete from Account Settings (Recommended)

  1. Sign in to your Planify account
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Scroll to "Account Management"
  4. Click "Delete Account"
  5. Confirm deletion

This will immediately delete your account and all associated data.

Option 2: Email Request

If you're unable to access your account, send an email to:

support@planifyapps.com

Include in your email:

  • • Your registered email address
  • • Subject: "Data Deletion Request"
  • • Reason for deletion (optional)

Deletion Timeline

Immediate

Account access is immediately revoked

Within 24 hours

All your data is deleted from our primary databases

Within 30 days

All backup copies are permanently deleted

Important Information

  • • Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
  • • Any active subscriptions will be cancelled immediately
  • • Scheduled posts will not be published after deletion
  • • We may retain certain data for legal compliance (e.g., financial records for tax purposes)
  • • Posts already published to social media platforms cannot be removed from those platforms via this process

This page complies with Meta's Platform Terms and data deletion requirements. Users who connected their account via Facebook, Instagram, or Threads can request data deletion directly from the respective platform's settings or via this page.
